But why would he appear?, what purpose does he serve?. He's just a weaker version of Rayleigh without COC. I think it's either Yorki or Shiki, those two would make more sense than Scooper. It's time to accept that there is no such thing as a "left hand man", just a sad cope Sanji fans made up to group Sanji with the monster duo. Gaben is irrelevant, no one has mentioned him in over a thousand chapters, his entire claim to fame is standing next to Rayleigh in a flashback and that's all he'll ever be.
