This is clearly the roger pirates before they met Oden. Easiest way to spot the difference is by looking at Gaban, Shanks and Buggy:

It literally says on the page that it is the PK’s crew. Crocus is even there

We’ve been over this. Oden was a one year rental, so he was technically a crew member when that panel happened

He was just a temp member, who was just supposed to help Roger out for one year and then be returned to the WBPs. He’s not really considered a core member of the crew, and the general public clearly doesn’t consider him to be a member
