Gaban pressed Imu last chapter and the result of that was Imu revealing a stronger form. It is not rocket science.
Whether Gaban is fit enough to tango against said form is irrelevant.
The notion that Imu just jumped to a stronger form "just coz" whilst conveniently ignoring Gaban's onslaught last chapter and Imu's comments this chapter is incredibly disingenous.
You're gonna look even sillier if the first time we see Imu this chapter immediately after Gaban's attack is in that new form as it'd imply that Imu needed to use that form to withstand Gaban's attack.
Just take the L and move on bro.

Yes, “press” him when Imu was too busy ignoring him. Imu didn’t even use anything flashy like we know he could do. We saw that the slashes didn’t go through the shield lol. Gaban even pointed out how Imu is clean in their dialogue.

I'm honestly kind of shocked. I thought Oda would do some corny back and forth thing where Killingham overpowers Sanji and gets some really good feats the chapter after Zoro got overpowered by Sommers. Oda really does not care about giving Killingham screentime or any impressive feats lmfao, 11 chapters after getting the Omen buff, he has no feats to prove he can beat Doflamingo

In Wano, Sanji got the more interesting opponent but in Elbaf, it's now Zoro who got the more interesting opponent.

Killingham's powers is cool, but his overall character is just kind of boring, and he is the least interesting of the three Holy Knights on Elbaf.

A powerupped version of the one who two arcs ago beat Kaido performed worse than Gaban.
I'm not even going to say old Gaban, since I think old Legends can go almost 100% for a short time.
