Is it headcannon that Luffy never used his strongest attack while Gaban got to use his strongest attack? Is it headcannon that Gaban was too slow to hit base Luffy who didn't use FS and got 1 shot by Gunko?
Stigma is much faster than base Luffy and much stronger than Gunko attack that 1 shot Gaban. If you think these are headcannon provide evidences that Gunko attack is weaker than Stigma or Stigma is slower than base Luffy.
