Future Events Lodestar is the Emerald City

I hope so. Emerald City was a cool name said by Bellamy along with other legendary stuff like the City of Gold and the One Piece, so it'd be fitting. Also I feel like Oda tends to follow through with a lot of concepts mentioned early on so I hope this is one. Would also make it that much more important if it's Lodestar.
Given that Elbaf is already very close to the Red Line wall, which marks the end of the New World and the entire Grand Line, there is a bit of a problem: it feels like there isn't enough room for Lodestar to exist as an island between Elbaf and the Red Line.
So, I think Lodestar is literally located inside the Red Line at the very end of the New World, it’s embedded within the Red Line, forming a hollow space, a cave.
The cave is dark but filled with crystals that provide light, green crystals, emerald crystals. This cave is Lodestar, known as the Emerald City.
This would explain how those who have finished their Grand Line journey manage to leave it. Since the cave is inside the Red Line, you can enter by boat from the sea, as there is a body of water within the cave.
If you step onto dry land inside and follow the walkable rocky path, you reach a dead end, there, all the information regarding the purpose of the Road Poneglyphs and the existence of Laugh Tale is painted on the wall, like a cave painting, surrounded by emerald crystals on the rock faces, and perhaps even buildings resembling a city. However, if you follow the underground river continuing from the entrance, you find yourself on a path through a tunnel that ascends, leading you directly back to the surface specifically to the junction at the top of the Red Line entrance.
This is where all the entry channels from Reverse Mountain converge the five channels serving the West, South, North, and East Blues, as well as the Grand Line.
This explains how you exit the Grand Line once the journey is over: you simply choose the descending channel that leads to the sea where you want to go after surfacing.

Well, we're kind of running out of places to visit. So, if the Emerald City is actually going to be important, it can probably only be either Lodestar or Laugh Tale, itself. MAYBE it could be a Sky Island, or on the Moon? But those two main locations feel more likely to me.
Personally, originally, I thought that Elbaph was going to be our Emerald City. We knew trees were important to Elbaph, due to the Adam Wood. Trees are green. BOOM, done! But...no, it looks like it isn't.
And, at this point? I might actually be leaning towards Laugh Tale being our Emerald City. We now know for a fact that Joyboy left a message there. Which would make Joyboy our "Great and Powerful Oz" figure. And it does kind of feel fitting for our ultimate destination to be this former gleaming city on a hill, as it were. Plus, if Laugh Tale is somehow connected to the origin of Devil Fruits, and other powers in this world, it would kind of make sense for Laugh Tale to be inspired by a literal "dream world", like Oz, where anything can happen.
Plus, it's worth mentioning, the Emerald City could have some connection to the Ancient Giants. Because, the name "Oars" can also be translated as "Oz". If you can track down some old fan translations from back in the day, they even called "Oars" "Oz" back then. So, there could be some connection there. Whether that makes Lodestar or Laugh Tale the more likely candidate for our Emerald City is still up in the air.
So, I don't know. Lodestar is definitely still a possibility. I could see it happening. But, Laugh Tale itself feels like it could shape up for a better "Oz" analogue in this story. We'll see.

Well, "The Emerald City" seems like enough of a nickname that knowing that part might not be the problem. The REAL name really could be "Oz", or "Oars", or something like that. Plus, it's worth noting, most people think that place is fictional. The World Government's problem with Clover is that he might have found out that this place that everyone THINKS is just a fairy tale is actually real. Knowing about the place, generally, might not be a problem. Finding out that a fairy tale location is real might be the problem. They don't want anyone finding out this place is real and go out and try to find it.
...But, I'll admit, it would be a little weird for Bellamy to mention the Emerald City AND the One Piece, if they're basically the same location. Bellamy's speech seems to imply that they probably are two distinct locations. So, that is a point in favor of The Emerald City NOT being Laugh Tale.
Also, I just thought of this. If we keep in mind Oars's role as a "Continent Puller", maybe that does hint that Lodestar is more likely? Because moving all these islands around the Grand Line might have been what created the magnetic fields that have the Log Poses all lead you right to Lodestar. So...maybe Lodestar IS the better candidate to be the Emerald City?
I'll admit, I'm split on this. And given that we KNOW that different islands have been moved around by Continent Pullers, like Oars, maybe we need to think a little more laterally? Maybe Laugh Tale and Lodestar were BOTH originally the Emerald City, together, but got separated when all the islands got moved? Like Jaya and Shandora, but on a larger scale. I could see Oda doing something like that.
We know so little about most of this stuff, Oda could take it in a number of ways. It's just hard to tell which direction he's going to go for sure, on stuff like this.
