He's using life return definitely. It isnt the first time. Remember back in Impel Down when Ivankov saved him from the poison using hormones?
He barely survived the healing process and was a literal husk. Then he ate the meat and fully recovered. In this case, he ate enough to be able to fight again instead of a full heal.

People surprised Hajrudin is this strong, when he went from working under Buggy, to Luffy.
The man achieves success through effort, not nepotism, what people CLAIM to want, and they still shit on him. Is Hajrudin Harald's son? Sure, but he's never been shown love/favoritism because of Ida, and Loki got the crazy genes.
Hajrudin IS proof One Piece characters that aren't the strongest when we first meet them, and don't have ridiculous genetics, can still get there through effort and Will. THAT'S GOOD, WE SHOULD BE HAPPY THAT'S HAPPENING.
That means, even if characters are royalty, they won't necessarily be strong. Look at Momo. Man is going to have to put in the work.
I do hope Hajrudin does get a Devil Fruit, though, ideally one for Harald's sword to eat (that thing is coming out of there, mark my words).
I actually hope we get Big Mom fighting next to Bonney Distortion Future Prime Jarul, too. Would be epic to see Linlin repay her debt with Jorul by protecting the country from Imu.

The point is that Haru wasnt weak in the first place.
Dude used the same move and Machvise vs Imu... The difference is that he had no bones broken. Imu didnt block, so its obvious Imu was gonna get sent flying, he is like a ball if he doesnt defend himself.
And Imu didnt receive fatal damage or significant damage, no blood seen, so this is acurrate.
On the other hand, his durability was indeed low but he only got 1 attack here and Imu's básic attacks are powerful but not his lore lethal attcks.
Since the moment I saw it, I thought it shouldn't be possible to affect aCoC user like that because all haki counters are at his disposal...

If that panchi has any trace of aCoC in it, Imu would legit die from it.
