Elbaf Luffy has had 0 power-ups, 0 Haki improvements, absolutely nothing new compared to Wano. He hasn't been involved in any prolonged fight that would justify his Haki getting stronger. It's literally the same Haki he had in Wano, and yet LIMU couldn't break through the defenses of Base Gear 5, while Kaido was already breaking through even stronger Gear 5 defenses.
Even while using swords, which are Gear 5's weakness, Imu still can't break through his defense, bro. What an embarrassing situation for him.

Honestly, anyone who denies that Luffy > Loki is a fact is fucking crazy. Luffy is the worst possible matchup for Loki.
He's practically immune to blunt-force attacks while also having insane resistance to them, he's immune to Loki's lightning, and this is already the second time his lightning has done 0 damage to Luffy.
What does Loki even have? Hope the squirrel can freeze Luffy? That's literally his last resort, and that's assuming he can even see Luffy, considering this idiot has trouble dealing with small opponents.

Food doesn't make anyone stronger, THED-CHIN. What makes Haki and Luffy stronger are power-ups, battles that make Haki bloom, and new power-ups. Eating a piece of meat isn't a power-up. It's just replenishing your energy.
