1200 — Imu is either sent back this chapter or it’s left on a cliffhanger aka 1035 with King’s defeat being at the start of 1036, but the fight is effectively over.

Imho, at some point Oda just woke up and realized, "fuck, I made CoC completely useless!" And that was right during Onigashima.

Then he just threw ACoA in the trash bin and "invented" ACoC, which is exactly like ACoA, just stronger.

I believe CoC was always meant to be part of armament haki, but in Marinford Oda decided to split it into a different power.
