What yall think is the blockade?
Based on his FB's, it's his sacrificing tendency.
I already mentioned it in the spoiler thread, but if that is the chase, i think Luffy telling him, that he can not become the PK without him, will make him realise that Luffy needs him by his side.
And if Sanji realy wants to make him PK, he has to do everything to stay alive and be by Luffy's side.
Not sure how that is gonna be solved tho, so Sanji realised that, says: ''Ok i will stop sacrificing myself.'' - Boom CoC
I don't know lol

Outside of that, you can make arguments about his sacrificing tendency being the reason for the blockade, but for me it's not a very convincing reason. We have seen other Conquerer sacrificing and risking their lives for others aswell. Yet that didn't make them weaker or whatever.

Also how does Ivankov teach Sanji this in such a traumatic way he has to block it from his brain…

IMO, it's the core of why he sacrifices himself.
Sanji tends to think that "if I am the one dying, then it's a fair price to pay". It's less about true sacrifice and more about "better me than someone else".
And that's not how it should go at all.
It's a very thin line and he needs to understand that difference.
When Zeff saves Sanji, he doesn't just "die". He endures on that island despite giving sanji all the food.
When Sora takes the drugs, she isn't trying to suicide, she is just trying to prevent her children from becoming monsters. She endures as long as she could.
When Rouge holds Ace in her womb, she doesn't do it because she thinks she is a fair price. She does it out of love.
Love.

Sanji fails to see the difference between a sacrifice done out of love and the sacrifice he usually does because he thinks he's more expendable than others.

@Jackteo if Chrono was here he would already have prepped a long ass essay about how "Killingham negs Sommers".
But not before being spammed tagged in his previous "why Omen Sommers is above Roger level" thread.
Good times.
That Chrono is long gone. A new @Chrono will rise :sighting:

(Killingham is holding off Sanji and an entire giant village. He is much stronger than Sommers)
