On the contrary, if people liked Carrot because they are furry, she should still keep the same place at all time just like Perona who is a character liked by people who like that goth style. But that is not what happened. In reality, her story directs her popularity. When people saw the end of Wano, they also saw the end of her potential, therefore, she lost some places.

But I can tell you from interacting with her fans, that the fans who pushed her in the polls, are like me, people who are hard core theorist either about Carrot's potential or her place in the crew.

Basically, the reason Carrot is still up in 16th position, is 'cause people are still intrigued about the reasons why Oda put her in the story and about the remaining narrative threads surrounding her character.

After I found out how grimy some of the world was, I decided I'd support real love wherever I found it, no matter how weird it was, as long as the love itself wasn't toxic.

This is why Rayleigh was meant for Shakky, and Roger wasn't, and was met for Rogue. Roger was actually stalking another pirate Captain years younger than him to try to marry her. Roger was toxic as hell. This is why I adore the Rocks Pirates, they literally protected an Amazon Queen for years while she ran a rip-off bar ON THEIR ISLAND, and, upon finding out where she had been taken, SENT THEIR ENTIRE CREW after her. Rocks Pirates were the realest (besides Wang Zhi's snitch ass). Even Shiki was on business in God Valley.

BTW, I need to make a theory about how modern day Shiki is still gonna try to steal Shakky from Rayleigh and has been malding over this ever since, Golden Lion vs Silvers Rayleigh IS HAPPENING in Wano Act 4.
