Sasaki was just tossed aside 10 chapters ago. I still think they're equal, but WW edges him out.

Being caught off guard means nothing in Power level. Top tiers get caught off guard. Sasaki talked to WW like they were on same level. How is teaming up with Queen to attack Drake make him superior?

Jack was just thrown by Neko. It doesn't mean much. It's like saying Robin is over BM cz she threw her away.
For me at most Sulong Neko or Inu is around equal to Full Zoan Jack.
