Looks like Jack took out at least 1 of Neko's top Sulong guardian(Blackback) and 1 of Inu's top Sulong musketeer(Giovanni) in his attack while being swarmed by countless Sulong Minks, which is what pushed the Kinemon/Sulong Inu/Sulong Neko in to intervene
He keeps on getting very impressive showings. Remember that his soldiers were worthless even against base Minks back on Zou with their only usefulness being their number of reinforcements, with Jack being portrayed as the only force the entire Minks couldn't overcome
Here Jack has an even more limited soldier supply at his disposal considering the rest are fighting below protecting the roof while the minks are much stronger than in Zou thanks to Sulong boost, yet he is singlehandily stopping them all in their tracks to even touch Kaido, all that in his slowest form(full zoan) while taking out some of the top Minks at the same time, all in their strongest forms
And as a comparison in how powerful these Minks are, let's see a low lvl musketeer in training like Carrot who was humiliating Daifuku(veteran) and his entire squad in Sulong form
And the minks have an army of that in their Sulong right now, with top level guardians and musketeers like Blackback and Giovanni (portrayed on a different lvl to Carrot) in their Sulong form
Top Sulong Musketeers / guardians should then at least be comparable to the lower end of YCs(Snack lvl minimum) with Sulong Inu / Neko likely at the minimum lvl of YFMs if not higher
