Those guys are the 3 strongest guys in a Yonkou Crew - who have a clear gap between themselfs and the rest of the crew. In WBC those are Marco, Jozu and Vista.
The other guys having the same rang, doesn't mean they are as strong as those 3. Your SBS post even mentions only Authority - which has nothing to do with strength.
Or do you think Vize Admirals are all as strong as Garp?

i think you're just making shit up because "yonko commander level" doesnt exist. Garp is explicitly stated as being a guy they keep trying to promote to Admiral or Fleet Admiral but he keeps refusing because he doesn't want to deal with the gorosei or CDs. rank just straight up isn't power level in one piece. the only two crews in the entire series who rank their crewmates by power level are the Animal Kingdom Pirates and Buggy's Delivery

And idk about vice admirals being as strong as Garp, but Tsuru is up there, and we know Momousagi and Chaton were admiral candidates. VAs can be no joke, even if guys like Bastille and Maynard are jobbers.

Dude YC level does exist and that is why Kaido called the likes of king, queen and Jack the 'all stars" while BM called her top three or four before Snack got demoted sweet commander.

What is so hard to understand about the VA example?
You say all WB commanders are as strong as Marco, because they have the same rang. Which is clearly not the chase unless you are blind or something.
VA also have all the same rang, but the strength differs strongly. You have guys like Maynard and then people like Garp, Momousagi, Chaton, Tsuru etc. etc. - who are much stronger than Maynard, but they stil have the same rang.
Curiel couldn't defeat Moria, while Jimbei one shoted him. Yeah, Curiel is as strong as Marco, Jozu and Vista lmao
