Posted this in the chapter thread. I think Apoo and Hawkins will eventually be "good" and have a plan.

- Kaido vs. Scabbards (they lose)
- Kaido vs. Luffy, Kid, Law, Drake, Hawkins and Apoo (they also lose)
- Kaido + BM vs. Luffy + Kid (at some point, Zoro, Killer, etc also join and get their licks in, before also falling; Law will do something significant, as he should)
All-Stars
- King/Queen vs. Zoro/Sanji (I personally still can't tell)
- Jack vs. Jinbe (once Jack recovers)
Flying 5
- Who's Who vs. Killer
- Sasaki vs. Franky
- Black Maria vs. Chopper
- Page 1 vs. Usopp
- Ulti vs. Nami
Orochi's Commanders
- Hotei vs. Brook
- Fukurokuju vs. Robin
If the BMP are involved, then:
- Carrot/Wanda vs. Perospero (we know Sulong is extremely strong)
- Yamato vs. Smoothie/Campote
If Koby arrives with Helmeppo and possibly even Kuja:
- Hancock vs. Smoothie/Campote
- Koby vs. Snack
- Helmeppo vs. Daifuku
Any number of people vs. the rest, its too chaotic to try and guess at this point. Marco will be involved in many places/battles etc when needed.

I don't see Apoo switching sides, he seems content with being on Kaido's side as opposed to Hawkins who genuinely doesn't like his situation but wants to survive.

We are in a phase where the match ups are taking shape in classic One Piece fashion.
Here is the twist, there are too many characters and it would take years to draw all of them and the anime would catch up and make their own ending. In other words, we will likely have tag match ups to save time and pages

I agree, but I want to see how Kidd will tie into Big Mom. Because as of right now his beef is with Kaido and Big Moms beef is with Luffy. Maybe somehow Big Mom finds out about what Kidd stole from her territory and it’s so important that she sets her sights on Kidd instead of Luffy.
Tbh all 5 will probably get their hits in on each Yonko during the fight, but in the end Luffy and Zoro take down Kaido while Kidd and Killer takes down Big Mom like you said.

Yeah atm it's pure spéculation from my part lol but did you see that kidd was pissed at her when she said that she wanted to take Luffy's head (after Kidd said that Luffy and co were here to witness his fight)
Also the fact that Bm was paralleling Kidd and Killer on the double spread
