My advice is for you to stay away from them if you don't want trollers and head cannons in your face when they are corner. Even as the poll said, they can't admit defeat not even once about it.

If the leader was Zoro, the crew would end up in circus show.
If the leader was Sanji, the crew would either end up in another world, or have merged under Big Meme Pirates.

Honestly, I think all the SHP have some degree of competent leadership qualities except for Usopp and Chopper. Luffy’s the strongest, naturally, and the others minus the two I mentioned either have led groups of people in the past or have characteristics/a personality that suggest they could capably do so. I love the reindeer and the long nose as much as the next Straw Hat, but they’re currently too childish and scared to make a case here.
