- Oden learn Ryou most like after travel around the world, my bet is on Roger crew since he doesn't know back then Ryou,Oden most like learn Ryou from Rayleigh and Roger.
-Normal Hardening on the swords like we see of Zoro and other characters aren't Ryou too, since the scabbard didn't know back then ryou yet still had most like haki.

Let see how Ryou looking like in this chapter when swordmens and Gunmens using it.

And Sanji has received a Free Shield tool xD
While Luffy has mastered both xD

It's not Oda's fault that Kinemon was a one-shot motirial for all this time but know he's YC level, it's all our fault.

He was cut by pure hax. And we do not know whether Law cut him completely unprepared like he did with Sanji.
As a matter of fact, Kinemon would easily push Law on an extreme diff fight if he was fully ready to fight him due to his ambitions.

Grandpa Hyou explained it perfectly. It's just another name for haki, but some samurais including Oden have a different approach in regards to CoA.

Yes its been quite a while i wondering this, because we dont know what happen actually when Kaido killed Hyougoro's wife.
So seems like they had a daughter and that is Black Maria

It is not surprising for Kinemon to beeing get offguard by Law hax ability. He didn't know the meaning of DF powers. Nothing with proof he beeing under Veteran or YC lvl.
