As we know from chapter 955, there's 30000 Enemies


And yet in this chapter there's 40000




We know a day has passed since Kin'emon set off to Port Tokage at the end of Act 2 so its curious when/how exactly he got informed of an extra 10000 men joining the enemy?

If this is Big mom's men, how did Kin'emon get this information then? Who saw Big Mom's forces arrive and then make the estimations about how many they are and then tell KIn'emon

Idk man maybe they also count the ones guardian the flower capital or it's sure a translation error...cuz right now there is no way of telling where the 10k came out from.....

They could be Big mom pirates but the question would be how Kin'emon knows about these extra men

I don't believe Big Mom's 1 ship ( Queen Mama Chanter ) could carry 10.000 , that makes no sense , the already very humongous Marine Battleship could carry 1000 people , and the even bigger Moby Dick ( freaking Whitebeard's main ship ) could carry 1.600
( it was mentioned there was 1000 men for every of 16 WB Commanders )

There is no way Queen Mama Chanter has capacity many times that of Marine Battleship , let alone Moby Dick

I would rather believe it's a mistranslation . or a mistake from Oda .

Or Orochi decided to add another 10.000 men escorting him knowing he would ambush the Alliance

No way cuz of he knows about the BM' soldiers he knows about BM and he would bead about it on top of that BM had just 1 ship and was not coming in Wano for war so why bringing 10k Fodders with her ...

I think it does solve the mystery since in chapter 955 there was that Ninja who looked like male version of Shinobu stationed in the flower capital calling Kin'emon to tell him about the Samurai still in the rasetsu prison... So there's nothing stopping this guy from noticing that Orochi is basically taking ALL his men to Onigashima as opposed to the half he was planning to before

In this chapter they mention that Kyoshiro is essentially in charge of the capital now and i think that's only possible coz Orochi took all his men

but shinobu is now with them, so she did acquire that info last chapter already?

Off thread. it's impressive how Kaido can gather men nearly half the Marine HQ number despite not being the emperor with the highest quantity that is Big Mom. imagine how many soldiers these two have now while they are allied, probably hundreds of thousands.
