It probably will be, has to cuz of narrative. Oda has to show Luffy climbing the rooftop cuz there isn't much time left, Zoro and Sanji will be beside him.

People not being happy with the treatment of THE MAIN ANTAGONIST/VILLAIN, all this time (even right now) all over internet people are debating about Kaido.

Again, Oda can't adjust for "backlash" within a 1 chapter timespan. This chapter was already done. There is also no proof of offpaneling.

And also, very few people are "not happy" with the main villain treatment. Its a vocal minority that doesn't understand that Kaido will eventually wipe the floor with these characters. Most people understand this.

I really doubt is anything related to Kaido, it's probably a third party arriving in the roof.
They were facing Kaido and it seems that only Izo realizes what is happening/happened behind them, the only possibility involving Kaido would be he speed blitzing someone which from the way the panel are shown I very much doubt it.
