As always your king of prediction called it out. I knew that Izo looking scared is about someone being enjured badly. The only mistake I did is that I thought it was about Inuarashi.

And as we've been saying, it doesn't specify Kaido hit Kiku, we just don't know yet. You can "logic" your way through it, sure, but we actually don't know how Kiku lost her arm yet.
