I think his progression is too fast. Too fast learning advanced COO and too fast learning advanced COA. Too fast for everything. I agree that its a shonen so Luffy needs to do everything better and faster than anyone but at least I would have wanted him to reach 22/23 before being PK. Seeing a teenage band succeding where every seasoned pirates failed can be sometimes a bit too cliche.

seasoned pirates didn't try to go against the odds and remained as failures while teenagers going against their odds, trying their luck and hence they are getting high return....

did anyone question how could one born in a normal family could kill giant with single punch at an age of 5 years?

I agree Luffy will be PK at 20y at worst. But for me this is clearly bad. Every other big time pirates are at least 30s and Luffy will do everything when he barley left his teenage years.

Yeah he was in East blue at 26/27 and already a monster, but I think he is stronger now. And Shanks was always a pirate since his childhood. I would have no problem if Luffy become PK at 25. I just feel his whole adventure is too fast, Luffy becoming PK in less than 3 years is iffy

Let's not forget that Kaido is basically just playing around all this time. I mean, he was constantly spamming the same attack over and over again, but he knew it wouldn't do anything.
I think, after he got hurt again in the same place where Oden damaged him, he had enough of it. And, he then decided to really get rid of the scabbards.
Also, I guess he just wanted to test them too and see how strong they actually became. Now he will fight back the proper way, just like he did against Luffy. There is no need for him to hold back.

Yeah more like it. I dont think all red scarab as strong as izu ( wb commander), except the member that not sent to future. If all member as strong as yonko comander maybe kaido can be taken care of.
The main fight maybe will start after all red scarab defeated, hope the member no one got killed but maybe they wont make it onepiece.
Still thinking to defeat kaido with kibi dango n make him slave of wano

Yep realistically it would take Luffy many more years than 2 to become strong enough to challenge the Yonkos and become the Pirate King just like how Roger's ascension was a slow one.

At least going by Garp's and Dragon's achievements he would only get close in his 40s or something. It has to be said that perhaps Garp and Dragon never undertook the special haki trainings Luffy did, moreover they didn't eat the Gomu Gomu which is a very haxed paramecia thanks to all its gears potential.

No one ever manage to hurt kaidou. Even katakuri's level luffy couldn't. Mean scabbard armament haki >>> them. Then non of the scabbard's attack combined are near Kaidou level. Mean Oden >>>>. Then even so, Oden couldn't cut Kaidou's head in one attack. Wow

Mark my word, when the Grandmaster shishi sonson'd kaidou, one piece fanbase will turned upside down!
