Queen is durable enough to put up a decent fight against Zoro and will be the strongest enemy he has ever fought who he can currently beat.
Why is yonko commander Queen losing (by retreat not KO) to a yonko after landng a decent hit on her a bad showing? YC1+ Luffy lost to Kaido easier.
And none of these characters are going to be using end game techniques/ modes until their endgame fights in this arc.
No Yamato is in charge of looking after Momo now, it won't be King catching up to Momo either most likely.

Is queen more durable than kaido ?
Zoro has ryou which can damage kaido.
Zoro also has haki and ap that shits on th3 scabbards that are damaging kaido.
What threat does queen pose ?
Is queen one to dodge zoros attacks so he cant land the attack ?
Zoro has no resson to fight queen..

Being able to damage someone isn't the be all and end all of fights, Queen is decently mobile and we haven't seen him in hybrid with his two sword style yet.
They are penetrating his scale defence, they aren't bypassing his regen and doing enough damage.
Zoro being stronger than Denjiro slightly (or even significantly) in a 1vs1 doesn't mean he can beat Kaido, far far from it. The Red scabbards are failing in a 9vs1. 9vs1 they would loldiff Zoro.
