You know what? I think you're right. The sword is too big for Kaido and I don't even know if the Elbaf Giants can even hold it.

I don't think he is because he uses a club and not a sword so it's unlikely that even in the past he went with swords.

DF style doesn't change much, expecially when his main weapon will still stay a club.

Also Kaido might have a regular hybrid form and a an awakened hybrid form like the Jailor Beasts or Monster Point. In his awakened hybrid form he might be big enough to use the sword.
