So reasonably, a 6 chapter streak without a break is obviously unlikely to happen.
The most plausible scenario is the usual 3 chapters in a row and then a break from Oda which should mean Ch. 1000 releases officially in the first week of Jan and its scans leak in the last week of Dec.

This. I'm super glad they added issues and it was just a false alarm.

Its more likely to be:

- 995 to 997 for November
- Oda break break early december (or the break is after 996 and we get 997 with 998/999)
- 998 and 999 mid december
- Jump holiday break
- 1000 spoilers/early release right before new years
- 2nd Jump holiday break.

Glad because that would have been a shitty wait for some of those chapters. With this we get a 3 week batch and 2 week batch, then chapter 1000 possibly by itself, instead of that other horrible scenario of like 5 weeks of breaks total.

If Oda want so badly chapter 1000 this year, he gonna do it. In that case chapter 1000 could get a teaser in jump festa by Oda. Or as @Bounty said he make it the first chapter of the Jump for the new year. Either way if he make 3 chapters in row, we can expect chapter 1000 this year.
