Queen just might know who Judge is because Germa is famous in the New World, and he has no connection to Judge whatsoever.

With this logic, everybody shoulld also be calling this out. Then King or Jack or the Tobi Roppo would all equally be shown taking interest in Samji simce they all supposedly know Germa

But instead Oda is choosing the evil scientist to be calling this out as a special interest of his.

Even if he doesnt know Judge personally, he could've studied some of Judge's work (if such things are even written down somewhere) since the fact that he's the EVIL SCIENTIST anf JUdge is an EVIL SCIENTIST and last arc we learned Caeser the EVIL SCIENTIST also knew judge, it seems pretty direct why ODa is picking this for Queen and not every other BEast pirate the definitely knows Germa as well
