What people do not understand is that, Sanji fans want Sanji vs King due to aesthetics, which would provide more than anything Zoro could ever hope to present for. They are not against the idea of Sanji vs Queen, if that is what you are thinking about.
What Sanji fans do not want is Zoro and Jinbe getting calamities and Sanji getting Page One and stuff. Sanji fans do not want Oda to spit at the face of their favorite character anymore.

bro you wouldn't find many zoro fans even mentioning king if he wasn't a swordsman, and if it was only about aesthetics wouldn't we be hearing of a lot more jack vs sanji speculations before neko and inu defeated him. both queen and king use swords who is the one that's more likely to be skilled with the blade. that will be zoro opponent simple as that
