Marco was sweating, obviously from the threat level he faced then and there when she clamped down on him and he was about to get shot, as he had actually had the better of their clash, even smiled about it with BM looking like she was the one coming off second best in their clash. BM was clearly losing (but only had onr homie), but if she gets too close she can use her physical advantage and scrape out a victory that way.

Honestly, I hope Oda uses this as a means to force Usopp and Nami to want to get stronger. Usopp has the potential, but his cowardice constantly holds him back. I know eventually he's going to shed that cowardice, and become a force to be reckoned with in the crew. Not sure what Oda is going to do with Nami though.

Ulti and Page One are solid Vet level characters with potential to be commanders.
I won't shit on the matchups as long as they make fucking sense which atm they don't.
Anyway. Usopp and Nami lost their fight. I think Tama isn't alone it would be too hard riding this big dog with no protection inside the Onigashima. We will see what happens.

Big Mom looks objectively inferior to Marco here. She doesn’t have a physical advantage against him as we can see, his mythical Zoan makes him physically on par with her if not outright stronger due to her morbidly obese nature.
If big mom didn’t need Perospero to defeat Marco, then Perospero wouldn’t have intervened and big mom wouldn’t have ran away as soon as Peros was defeated.

They will be support character till the end, it is fking obiviously at this point. There are not so many arks left till the end, they will win their duels with some gags tho, like they always do.
I dont see them becoming much stronger till the end. Usopp will become a better warrior overall tho, he wants to be the bravest, I hope is not just a dumb suicide plot.
