Doflamingo isn't a Beast Pirate, but I personally changed my mind about his strength. I think he's around Queen's level, so YC2 level. And I would place Who's Who above Sasaki, considering their respective portrayal.

Nope. Tobi Roppo = X-Drake level. Can you imagine Franky beating X-Drake? We essentially had Perospero body Brook (who is ~ Franky), and Chopper combined

Too many "fake matches" here, and I pointed all of them out:

Nami/Usopp vs. Ulti/P1 - check
Marco vs. Big Mom - check
Franky vs. Sasaki - pending

Remember even Hyo with Flowing Haki said he could only "slow" Tobi Roppo.

He can't be "YC2". Doffy >>> Jozu ~ Crocodile, and Sanji will beat Queen. Sanji can't beat Doffy.

Base Doffy essentially trashed Sanji. Even with RS, Awakening >>> Raid Suit.

I think people gotta stop taking it as x protagonist is on the "level" of x villain before they fight.

As we've seen with many other fights in this series, characters tend to ascend in strength mid fight or bring a new power up not seen prior.

Right now the question is if Franky can surpass someone like Sasaki. I fully expect Sasaki to absolutely demolish Franky, but only at first. This was my expectation of Ulti/Nami/Usopp as well (though not nearly as bad or quick), and even that I half expect 1 or both of them to still take her out later on.

The main drive of these characters is to see how they can surpass their opponents by being the underdog. Whether you thought it was "plot bs" or not, Luffy vs. Katakuri was the perfect example of this.

This is how I see every calamity fight coming or even Luffy/Supernovas vs. Kaido

from what we see in the picture leaks, we see Franky still in his General Franky form.
so the better question is, did General Franky on the same level as Sasaki?
i mean do we see General Franky go all out before?

Exactly. All he did is troll Senor Pink and that's the most we get so far after TS. I still cling onto more hefty and sturdy Frano

Zoro/Kaido - opening wound or ZKK

Sanji - mid to high Diff Who’s Who
Sanji - extreme diff Queen,
Sanji - low to mid diff Perospero (I think Sanji is very versatile in fighting abilities) w/ Carrot & Wanda

Jinbei - high Diff Smoothie
Jinbei - extreme diff Big Mom w/ Luffy/Marco

Franky - High Diff Sasaki + 2 Numbers
Brook - Apoo
Brook & Robin - High Diff Black Maria

Nami & Usopp/Tama - Death Diff P1 and Ulti
Usopp/Tama - All numbers
Chopper - 1-2 Numbers
