It was already said that Big Mom is someone who can control the weather. I guess when used at full extend, like having Zeus + Prometheus summon storms while also infusing other key components of nature with a soul, she could indeed cast and control powerful storms, similar to what Dragon displayed but on a larger scale (while Dragon too only showed a fraction of his power).

Good points Strict. I think that Big Mom will be able to turn entire islands into homies too if the situation called for it, which makes her able to bring in a significantly stronger version of Pica into any fight.

It was a good arc, idk why Sanji fans are dissapointed

WCI had good setup, but the resolution was so shit it made the good moments shit as well
1. Luffy vs Sanji moment: really enjoyed the chapter and it was very nicely done in the anime as well.

But this was sorta ruined when Sanji escaped with no repurcussions. Zeff was never in danger, 'exploding' handcuffs were removed. Why the fuck did Sanji ever stay in the first place? Why did Sanji kick the shit out of Luffy if he could have escaped at that very moment?

2. Luffy vs Katakuri: nice fight

Rest of the arc was really boring, especially Meme with her wedding cake bullshit

That’s the point though. Many people believe that since Kid has CoC he will show that he is great like the other characters you mentioned. I don’t think it’s fair to call him a “fraud” when he hasn’t had a chance to really show what he can do. Only dudes we know he has lost to are Shanks and Kaido for now, can’t down on him too much for that imo.
