Apoo was blocking Drake AND Zoro at once.
Apoo was dealing with Drake and Zoro attacked in that moment.
Apoo was not even able to use his DF power which is his main fightning style since he was using his hands to block them because they were TWO against ONE.
So no, you don't know like I said.

Kaido being the strongest, puts him above the other Yonko,"the strongest in the world", so Zoro not being the World's Strongest doesn't not make him Yonko level EoS. Furthermore Zoro surpasses Mihawk, that's how benchmarks work, so whatever level Mihawk is, Zoro's going to be higher...
