Hell no, sea stoned Kaido/BM would smack anybody in ID badly. Shank u can't weaken with sea stone. So u basically need 2 admirals on standby just to make sure there properly contained.

Not sure yet, teach seems df relevant at the moment so he may be fucked. But he does have the whole weird body thing going on so he may have gotten physically up there.

I seriously doubt it considering how far the yonkos above even the worst prisonners detained at Impel Down and that if they were freed of their shackles they would easely destroy the prison.

It's doubtful shiki was physically as powerful as Kaido/BM. Plus both have flight as well. For me shiki is in a teach situation, if they can free themselves from sea stone they'd escape.

Well they wouldn't restrain those two in the same manner as they would restrain Shiki.

The way they would restrain those two, would have to be something unique, that either impel down folks would come up with or Vegapunk. Since they got VP, I think it's a safe bet that they could have something to restrain those 2.

IF a Yonko was present they'd station somebody like Sengoku and/or Garp there to guard and monitor them. They'd probably also torture and weaken them through starvation, and use many, many, many constraints if possible.

The Marines have held Kaido captive before, so it must be able to facilitate such strong prisoners

We dont know how, but we do know the Marines have held him captive 18 times, so obviously they have some method

The greatest prison in the world might only be called that by default...like, yeah, it’s the hardest place to break out of for most people, but that doesn’t make it impenetrable.

They’d have to gather all the Seastone in the Grand Line just to restrain them, and even then, they’re so insanely powerful that it might not make a difference. As strong as Magellan’s been shown to be, any of the Emperors would wreck his shit and think nothing of it...Big Mom and Kaido specifically would then turn the Jailer Beasts into playthings or crewmates, respectively, then waltz right out of the joint.

Well, for one, we know he was never held in Impel Down, or at least he never escaped Impel Down as Shiki and Luffy (and co) are the only two to accomplish a breakout mission

It's sad to see how little some people know about One Piece. Big Mom is weaker than Shiki. That is a stated fact. Even in her 40s, Roger, Whitebeard, Shiki were the 3 most notorious pirates, as per databooks. (And before people diss databooks about Shanks, they never stated when he became a Yonko. All the info they have is 100% correct.)

Kaido had to give permission for Big Mom to be unchained. That means chains worked on her. So yes, Impel Down can house anyone but Shanks.
