Nope.Things changed in Wano arc. This is not the one piece about pirates anymore, this is one piece about the samurais and more importantly Japanese piece, Zoro a master swordsman from samurai land is the one who fights Kaido and slays him, the pirate trash D Luffy has nothing to do with Kaido, the eastern dragon. The best he could hope for is to fight with Bigmom but given their history, Luffy was the first to run away from Bigmom.
