So Killer was nerfed in his fighting prowess because he was laughing and using weapons who have high resemblance with his original ones.

Meanwhile Zoro was at full power: hungry, alcohol in his blood, poison in his system from eating poisonous fish, giving Killer a free blow and then using a weapon as a replacement for his black blade that has far less resemblance with his weapons of choice to one shot Killer.

Technically Sanji's last win was 4 tricks which was a headliner. Same rank as Apoo. Before that it was Pageone....if you discount that then it was Raisin. Before that it was Yonji...Before that it was Sheepshead..

All in the span of around 4-5 years .
