Sanji blindsided oven when he was focused on Pound entirely, blindside/cheap shots are irrelevant, the attack essentially only made his neck a bit sore, and oven fought through being literally gored.
Sanji is much faster than Zoro, no doubt, Zoro is hyper upper body strength based, while Sanji is low body strength based, Zoro even needed help against pica for this reason (how slow he is), he can move slightly fast (not too fast) in an iaido draw cuz he's essentially rocketing himself forward with his raw upper body strength (which is what he's minmaxed into), but if you have him run around, chopper would outrun him.

As you can see im talking about Sanji's speed at hitting Oven before Oven could hit Pound. Even though Oven started his attack before Sanji and he was far more closer to his target. This has nothing to do with whether Sanji sneak attacked or not....
