It's funny you claim Zoro gave Apoo a tiny flesh wound when the spoiler provider took the time to let us know that Apoo was injured. Why would spoiler provider tell us something we already know. Unless he wanted us to know how severe his injuries are.
The spoiler provider doesn't say Apoo fight Drake back. It just says Drake beats a wounded Apoo. All we know is Apoo could have woke up, started breathing heavy, can barely walk and said he's going to call the numbers to get back at everyone. Then Drake walks up to him and cut him with a normal attack saying, you caused enough trouble. At this point in time we just don't know.
You failed to understand what Zoro did against Apoo. Zoro used barrier haki and the power to cut nothing to cut the tonfa and Apoo but not cut the antidote. Instead, Zoro knocked the antidote out of Apoo's clothes, which saved him I'm taking more damage from Zoro.
