Drake didn't beat a calamity yet
Pekoms :
Oneshotted caribou in base while Drake needed zoan form to beat Scotch and Caribou
Pekoms has a df and sulong
Hybrid Drake wirh help couldn't beat Apoo easily...he only beat injured Apoo
People should stop using pre ts ranks

Well to be fair Drake took his position in 2 years while the other Tobiroppo seem to keep it since before
In general we should wait for his background to be revealed, he already knows Koby and seems to have some connections with Law. Both are familiar with the Rocky Port incident so imo Oda is slowly building his character (and abilities). Drake and Law were also both on Swallow island too during the night of the Ope-Ope deal, looks like Oda is connecting the dots following his pace.
The same goes for the others: Ulti and P1 are the most characterized for now, but Who's Who/Sasaki/Black Maria are making a central apparence this chapter.
I'm confident in giving Hawkins a role too at this point

Well if two equal people match each other of course they need time, something like this don´t get a result such in short time.
Drake is equal if not even stronger then Ulti and Pageone, both would stomp Pekoms.
Pekoms feats so far a worse, he get twice stomped by Capone, his df isn´t impressiv and even his sulong form wasn´t special, he can´t even controll while someone as Carrot can, speak a lot.
