Speculations Would Wano's borders already have been opened if Oden accepted Rayleigh's help?

We know that 25years ago, Oden's wish was to open Wano's borders in 20years

Remember that the Roger pirates disbanded afterwards due to Roger's wish, who was about to die. But at the time, Rayleigh proposed to help Oden

But Oden refused due to samurai pride, wanting to handle things alone and because of this, died 20 years ago, with the 20 years long wish still not accomplished 25years later.

In retrospect though, do you think Wano would have been free if Oden accepted Rayleigh's help? Discuss

On a side note, it also seems like since Wano is close to outsiders, even the marine leaders are unaware that Oden is dead

So it could make sense that Rayleigh is unaware as well, so could be interesting to see his reaction if he found the truth

If it's Prime Rayleigh alone ... he could match Kaido , while Oden could fight King , Ashura vs Queen , Denjiro vs Jack , Kawamatsu vs one of Flying 5 ( without Drake of course )

The other 4 of Flying 5 , 4 Yakuza Bosses could fight them , maybe they'll lose though

Kiku , Inu , Neko , Raizo , Kanjuro , Kinemon , other Daimyo of Wano ( like Shimotsuki Ushimaru , Prime Hyogoro ) could fight Orochi , Kyoshiro , 2 other Orochi's main men , Mimawarigumi , Orochi Oniwabanshu

In the end i think the good guys as a whole could be weaker , but they would give hard fights

Especially Apoo and Hawkins weren't in Beasts Pirates too yet

Rayleigh was in his Prime back then... his strenght was probably no less than a color trio admiral, possibly Prime Garp. Ray was a guy by hype above even Current Kaido which says a lot.
