It's so weird. Like the three immediate things are to put Yamato in a favorable light by comparison (oda may like her as much as I do), show the strength of the Beast Pirates further by kicking his ass, and separating him from the other two men. But where does it go from here?

Zoro used his strongest and fastest technique to finish drug-less Hody quickly, because he knew he was going to ran out of air.
Zoro failed to finish Hody when Hody took drugs. Zoro's attack failed against Drug Hody, and Drug Hody bodied Zoro.
Even Zoro fanboys like you shouldn't make excuses and use this to hype your character when he failed to finish Drug Hody, just like he failed finish Apoo with a sneak attack when he was fighting Hybrid Drake.
