Kaido's reveal is a bit shocking to tell you the truth...
BUT here is my question.... Is he a dragon who ATE a mythical Fish fruit that somewhat makes him shapeshift into a fishaman? because of the fish horns he got? or is he a human who ate a mythical fish that allows him to transform into a dragon? or is that mythical fish allows him to take ANY form he likes? I really am confused....
Either way, the last piece of chapter is about giving the fruit to him when Rocks was defeated.... So... ODA PLEEEASE, Rocks introduction in chapter 1000... Don't be stingy Oda... JUST DOO IT.... DO IT, DO IT... JUST DO IT... fuck this war... my interest in Xebec is 10000000 times more worthy than seeing Luffy or supernova staredown with Kaido at 1000.... That staredown is coming anyway in the next few chapters whether someone said it or not... but Xebec, it's PERFECT TIME....
PLUS, chapter 100 we got Dragon, chapter 500, we got Rayleigh, let 1000 be Roger's biggest enemy! The person who put WB/BM/Kaido/Shiki under his command

Some people put him above Kaido but not all, especially lately. But i do think Akainu has the most merit to be in the top 3 on the admiral side, he won against aokiji and got a zenkai boost, his fruit is extremely lethal too. And he is poised to be a grudge match for either luffy or Sabo.

Zoro is literally paired up in 2v2 with two Yc1 and one YC2, but he ain't high commander level?
It's like saying Momonosuke is high commander level cuz Sanji took him for a ride while he evaded Queen and engaged in a skirmish with King
