Why did thrillerbark disappoint you

Actually I don't know why I just feel Oda's quality writing drop after magnificent duo combo W7 and Enies Lobby before going back to the right path in Shabaody. Or maybe because it's released when I was accepted in boarding school. It was one of my busiest life. I tried to watch it weekly but always forgot what happened in previous episode. Still it's the most comedic arcs for me.
