This dude in WCI after running away from Katakuri, was jumping islands and even escaped from Linlin, perospero and amande + BMP!!!! While lacking haki.

Here he has Law (wirh an ability to teleport anywhere ) and allies to survive even easier

To me it would be hard to believe. If the raid is to fail Oda has to come up with something convincing for those two weeks.
