It is not about the duration but about portrayal, they were dead equal blow after blow. No gags at all.

That's true but still I have been much more impressed with Luffy's power ups and fights even with his plot protection. If Zoro out performs Luffy against Kaido which I very much doubt after chapter 1000..he automatically becomes stronger than Luffy imo

So you don't have an example of a gag scene where oda went to far to the point they used their basic techniques
1- Sanji vs Zoro always argue and they fight no technique was used and it is a gag scene .
2- Roger argued with his Doctor and they fought no technique was used.

so you think oda making Zoro using his bandana in a fight is a gag scene lmao while Zoro always uses it when he is serious some Geniuses we have here show me a gag scene with sanji where zoro put his bandana

You know they all train right? Oda just has nothing else to show about Zoro other than him napping or lifting weights. But Gear 2 and 3 were upgrades he trained to obtain.
Luffy trained the hardest putting himself in deadly situations multiple times just in hopes of growing stronger.
No Zoro doesn’t deserve to be on par with the main character and his captain

they don't all train......Zoro and Luffy (whenever he needs a power up) are the only straw hats in the series that have been shown training.

Why should he be equal to the man who takes all his pain on top of his own and still stands?
Luffy has never been equal and Whiskey Peak is the only thing that saves his ass.

Sabo has been training with The revolutionaries since he was a kid yet Luffy might have surpassed him now.

They both had a mini training to help them topple Kaido...that wouldn't really tell us anything about who came back stronger from the timeskip.
