1. It only states that Vista was equal to Mihawk in swordsmanship ONLY
2. Databook could be wrong ofc, because Oda is a human and human makes mistakes. The same with Zoro being the second strongest of the crew, it could be a mistake, but nothing suggests so, so for now it is a fact that zoro is the second strongest currently

Mihawk is THE STRONGEST, not THE MOST SKILLED, keep that in your mind

it's basically the same with science, when scientists propose a theory, it will be taken as the closest to the truth, but if something comes and violates it, then the previoues theory gets disbanded. So, for now, It is a fact that Zoro is the second strongest of the crew currently becuase nothing proves the contrary, at least thus far

Can you read? Strongest swordsman. Don't separate the title. Its about the swordsmanship only. They also said greatest swordsman is the same thing. And they officially translated as greatest many times. The main point is swordsmanship.

The real proof is Zoro cares about Sanji's bounty and he gets mad when he hears he surpassed him, so mad that he cuts a landslide. Franky for example had no problem with Sanji surpassing him in Enies Lobby but he had problem with Usopp surpassing him. Another proof is Zoro is being jealous of Sanji when Luffy says how strong Sanji is. If Zoro was obviously superior there wouldn't be any jealousy.

but Jinbe's possible future opponent aka Whos Who got parallel portrayal with All Star

Barely all-star going by the portrayal. If anything, he could be around YC3 and that's it. Or else, he would've already been a commander. Sanji will probably be fighting a YC2 so yes, Sanji's portrayal is better.

Honestly, I don't know if Jinbei is currently stronger than Sanji or not but I can bet that he'll be by the time this raid ends. Yes, people develop in battles. Jinbei, no matter how strong he is, has far less future potential when compared to new-age pirates like the Monster Trio guys as they have a much higher growth rate throughout the series. Jinbei has already been a part of 2 Yonko crews and has had legendary duels like with Ace. He has either passed his prime or is in his prime currently. There isn't a lot of room for growth due to his age. This era is for the new age pirates as mentioned last chapter.
