And that is, in the OP world its common knowledge in the swordmen circles that Mihawk *IS* the strongest swordmaster currently alive, soo anyone that can be considered a swordsman either didnt duel Mihawk, or didnt manage to win against him, wich is the case regarding Shanks, a yonko. The rest is pure headcannon, because there is no information what-so-ever about anything else.

I dont think he could even solo an Admiral. Maybe, MAYBE a 80-20 scenario.
He is powerful, very powerful, he constantly have duels with shanks, but as far as we know, shanks is not as powerful as the other yonkos alone. The special thing is that he got The most balanced crew. So probably multiple people above YC1 tier. At least him and Beckmann, but, so far, that's it. What I dont like about databooks, is because i consider that "if it wasn't in The original source, anything can change".
Mihawk is cool AF, but severely overrated. So far, he is just another shichibukai. It can change, Oda can show better feats for him later. I believe he will join shanks to survive the shichibukai hunt, and will have more screen time with the following events, since Oda said "shanks will make his move"

We don't even know how Roger defined himself. Or how Shanks defines himself. What we know that they are introduced as pirates first. What will they say? I am a swordsman or a pirate? Daz literally said he doesn't care about being a swordsman despite using a power that turns him into a human sword. If Daz can say I am an assassin not a swordsman then they can always say we are not swordsman but only pirates.

Daz Bones is swordsman-like but isn't a proper swordsman because he doesn't use a sword, rather, his body turns into blades. All swords are blades but not all blades are swords. Irregardless if they have other fighting abilities, Shanks, Rayleigh, Fujitora, and Roger are swordsmen.

Of course he's underrated. The reason for that is they know he would be Zoro's final and strongest opponent and they don't want Zoro to become very strong. The stronger Mihawk is the stronger Zoro will become when he defeats him.

No one proved Shanks is a swordsman. If Daz can refuse that he is a swordsman, Shanks can refuse too. So you guys got debunked very hard. Oda even said he doesn't know how Shanks fight. So he is out of Mihawk's title range unless Shanks says he is a swordsman.
