Character Discussion Mihawk is criminally underrated

Mihawk is a definitely a top tier but I woudn't call him overrated or underrated.
I do think a lot of people do have some sort of agenda when it comes to Mihawk. On one hand you have Zoro fans who hype up Mihawk to boost up Zoro and on the other hand, you have Zoro haters who love bringing up Vista to downplay Mihawk which in turn dehypes Zoro by association.

° If I'm not mistaken, Mihawk's vivre card is translated by Arthur, someone who supposedly puts his own words in those translations and that's a problem since that adds, removes or misrepresents the information. Also if we talk about databooks there are two that practically say Vista = Mihawk.
° Mihawk didn't hold back against pre timeskip Luffy and was unable to do anything to him in several attacks.
° Vista clashed equally with Mihawk and Mihawk supporters' favorite excuse is that Mihawk was playing with Vista while Vista was dying from the effort facing him lol
°Crocodile stopped him and Jozu stopped his attack that was aimed at a Yonko.
° Mihawk> Fujitora based on what? In the lack of Feats for Mihawk? Let's put aside that Fujitora is one of the greatest powers in the world government and ignore his fruit? Aside from Big Mom, Fujitora could easily be the biggest problem for a swordsman without a devil fruit.
° Mihawk never had duels with the Yonko Shanks and that a character of the same generation can become overwhelmingly stronger than another is completely feasible there is Buggy and Shanks.
° Garp mentioned the 4 strongest pirates in the world and there was no Mihawk, but another excuse is to say that Mihawk is not a pirate ...

Another question I ask myself is what is Mihawk's title based on, if he never defeated the strongest swordsmen? I'm talking about Vista, Dark King, Fujitora, Big Mom, the ones from Wano ...

He’s not underrated. 72 to 10 saying he’s a top tier. And in this recent thread (https://worstgen.alwaysdata.net/forum/threads/end-of-the-year-top-30-list-discussion-thread.9766/) his average is 7th strongest in the series, where there’s both extreme lowballing (18th strongest lol) and some imo highballing 1st places.
