Mihawk is the second most wanked character here and you say he’s underrated ?

This isn't quantum mechanics, Mihawk>any character that uses a sword to fight, including shanks and fujitora.

Underrated? Wouldn't say that. Plenty know that Mihawk is one of the strongest One Piece characters, it's usually just an argument of which characters is the guy above. Series tells us taht he's above all swordsmen and that's a bit hard to accept for some when we haven't seen too much from the man and I understand that honestly. Either way, the votes show he isn't underrated.
