Today's vote: an underappreciated legend

Voted Perona, Doffy, Ulti, Brook and now Cora.

I may or may not have broken some rules to vote multiple times a day

But not voting for characters that are gonna be at the top anyway (Luffy, Zoro,Sanji, Law, Nami, etc).

Just supporting minor characters I like. So if they have no chance to win is it still cheating?
