Finally got around to watching Dunkirk.

10/10 film, great cinematography, the action is not overplayed, very realistic, but still very gripping.

A common criticism of Nolan's work is the lack of emotions, but in this one, the emotional beats land very well. Nearly cried at the boat scene, and the ending gave me a swell of patriotism even though I'm not even British lmao.

Everyone should watch this film if you have some hours to spare.
My only issue with Dunkirk is how it felt like it ended a little flat. There wasn’t any big release.

The Raid 1 is 10/10. Love the action and the gore. The Raid 2 is 11/10. It's basically like The Raid 1 but a bit better. If you want some hype and best action pack movies then I recommend these two.:kayneshrug:
Yes it´s funny how far advanced Asian cinema is in terms of physical action.
And the moment these great action actors get Hollywood movies, they are not getting used correctly and they fail because of it.

Watched Palm Springs 6/10

It´s an ok movie with a setup that has been done a thousand times. Had some funny scenes but most of it is known and predictable.

Another Round (Druk) 9/10

Great movie about 4 teachers who decide to test a hypothesis of a Norwegian philosopher that humans need a constant alcohol level of 0.5 to be their best version, and it soon spirals out of control. Movie is like an evening of heavy drinking itself and the aftermath that follows it.

Rewatching Fast Furious : Hobbs & Shaw

This movie was impressive back then when i watch this movie in the cinema and the most importantly because there is Black Superman in the movie.
And dont forget how impressive Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham duo in this movie.

Tried something new today, an Indian Movie called "Andhadhun" on Netflix, mostly because it´s on imdb´s top 250 list.

Can´t say if it deserves it or not but wow the movie is entertaining as hell, definitely unpredictable and funny.

For those that might try it and have no problems with subtitles or exotic sounding languages, don´t read anything about the movie, just try it.

The third Godzilla Anime Movie on Netflix - 3/5

To be honest, one point there is absolutely gifted cause its Godzilla. I didnt got the story pretty much. It was well build and could have been immens, but suddenly some magic shit and a sharingan-stuff appeared, Ghidorah from another universe, which ignores physics of the main universe... it was just... dont know, i didnt got it and i was dissapointed. :lusalty:

Train To Busan, felt slightly underwhelmed given the praise it gets, but by far best zombie movie ever made.
Fantastic movie. It’s definitely in my top 3 zombie movies.

Idk what the hype is these days for it but it feels like one of the more grounded zombie films that tries to take itself seriously. Which is what I can appreciate from it.

you might wanna check out #Alive too. It’s also very well done.

Is that the sequel ? Heard that one was mediocre.
