It's something achievable by anybody with advanced armament as it depends on a specific skill, whether weaker, as strong or stronger than Sanji; no Candyboy, or reader overall for the matter, would give it more relevance than it has.

That literally implies that his base could finish things faster.

Unless Kaido has plenty other attacks in his Dragon form most of his attack will be nullified by either Luffy or Zoro. Only wind ones will be effective.
