imo smoker is the strongest VA and he does not have feats to do anything to Prime/semi-prime kaido...no VA's have shown to have advance arnament which is very important to damage kaido.......kaido has natural duarability so it would be very hard to do anything to even rookie kaido

yes some not all va's are equal some are actually stronger than luffy some are not

yeah kaido with his devil fruit got captured since regular weapons couldnt damage him and his df is momos which has luck based
