I mean dragon, Sabo, Kuma, and Ivankov were the strongest and only Sabo was there. Other than that it was just karasu, Morley, and Lindbergh which I don’t think are the revolutionary armies best fighters.

It doesn’t seem like there are people above the revo commanders sadly lol and I don’t care for a single one besides Sabo, Karasu and Betty have interesting powers but that’s it
